Receiving my print

All my prints are sold unframed. Smaller prints are backed on board and celophane wrapped whilst larger prints are rolled in tissue so they can be sent in a large tube. All my prints are hand printed. Linocuts are printed by me either at Sudbourne Park print studio or in my studio at my home.
Please be aware that because all my prints are hand made there may be very slight variations from one print to another. Also, please note there may be variations in colours dependant on individual computer screens when viewing my work online.
Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding cancellations, returns or any other problems.

Free delivery to UK addresses

All orders sent to UK mainland addresses will be sent via the Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

All other destinations

There is a flat fee of £25 for orders to all other destinations
Prints will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.
All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

Delivery times

I aim to ship orders within 3/4 days of receipt.
For UK addresses, smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which will arrive the day after shipping). Larger items are generally sent by ParcelForce using their 48-hour service.
If you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact me first.

Returns

Please contact me if you need to return a print.
To be eligible, returns have to be made within 28 days of delivery. The print must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

Privacy and data protection

When you place an order with me you will have given me your name, email address, home address and telephone numbers. I will never share these details with third parties. From time to time I send out an email newsletter to those who have bought from me in the past. If you would prefer not to be contacted just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from my mailing list.

Security

If you opt to pay via Bank Transfer you will be sent my bank details allowing you to pay directly into my account. You will not need to divulge any of your own bank details so this form of payment is entirely secure. You can opt to pay by debit or credit card. When your order is placed on my website, your credit card information is encrypted securely online. I do not receive any of your credit/debit card details as this is handled entirely by Lloyds Bank.

Prices

I reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Receipt of order confirmation

Once you have placed an order with me you will receive a receipt confirmation email. Please keep this in a safe place. If you do not receive this email please contact me so I can confirm I have received your order.

Availability of goods

All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if a print you have ordered is not available.
